MOSCOW, Apr 1 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Digital Development Ministry is designing a system tracking violations of quarantine and isolation based on information from operators, Minister Maksut Shadayev said on Wednesday.
“We’re working on the government’s order to create a system monitoring violations of the terms of quarantine and isolation based on operators’ data,” Shadayev said.
“We’re asking for the numbers and dates of hospitalization (of the infected) or the dates of quarantine. On agreement with operators, we transfer the data to them and they monitor real fulfilment of the quarantine terms. If the people fail to respect the rules, the operators send them a relevant SMS. If it happens repeatedly, operators will hand over the data to the law enforcement authorities.”
